How does it work? The database is updated by your system, and collectively by everyone who uses the system. The more people use it, the better the system gets. Your retail system queries for a UPC code, and the database reports back the selection with the highest confidence in our database. Your retail system can improve the accuracy by providing feedback on whether the answer was correct or not, and then this information is provided to all users of the system. Conversely, you benefit from the other members as well.
